Avery House

Avery is one of eight student Houses. The Avery complex is home to 136 students, a residential life coordinator, and two resident associates. It also includes apartments for two faculty members. The dining facilities, meeting rooms, lounges, and library are designed to encourage informal interaction. The facility was built with funds provided by R. Stanton Avery, a former chair and member of the Board of Trustees from 1971 until his death in 1997.
