William G. Kerckhoff Laboratories of the Biological Sciences

Biology and Biological Engineering offices and labs are located in the Kerckhoff Lab, which also houses the 174-seat Norman Davidson Lecture Hall and the Jacobs Genetics and Genomics Laboratory. One of the only Drosophila (fruit fly) repositories in the United States is located here, as was the lab of the late biologist Ed Lewis (PhD '42), who won a 1995 Nobel Prize for his research on Drosophila genetics.
